Order Cancellation

• After Shipment: Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may opt for a return or refund after receiving the product.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• The item is returned in unused, original condition with tags and packaging within 3 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items bought on clearance/sale are not eligible for refunds.

• Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
